Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and operator

These terms cover the COLOR BYROSS MO website and apps connected to this service, operated by byRoss Technology Co. Ltd. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service, creating an account or publishing content. Stop using the service if you disagree.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and take responsibility for account activity. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, distribute malware, disrupt the service or extract data in bulk without permission.

3. Your work and permission to share

You retain copyright in your work. You must have permission to share uploaded content, including any necessary permissions concerning people and locations. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, resize, parse recipes, display and deliver content to provide the service. Drafts are private; content you choose to publish is visible to others.

4. Downloads and third-party rights

Downloading a recipe or image does not grant permission to republish photographs or use them commercially. Obtain the author’s permission and preserve appropriate attribution. Do not publish infringing, unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or privacy-invasive content.

5. Reports and moderation

Report content through its page or our public email. To protect users and comply with law, we may review, restrict or remove violating content and suspend abusive accounts. Contact us to request a review of a decision.

6. Recipes and camera use

This is an independent sharing project, not an official OM SYSTEM, Olympus or other camera-brand product. Parsing, downloads and compatibility reports do not guarantee operation on every camera, firmware, application or scene. Check compatibility and keep backups before use.

7. Service limitations and responsibility

This service is not an original-photo backup service. Features, availability and content may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee error-free operation or a particular creative result. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your statutory rights.

8. Leaving the service

Permanently delete your account on the account page using an email confirmation code. By default, your account, work, photos, drafts, favourites and all sessions are deleted. You may separately and voluntarily permit the platform to retain, organise and share published recipe parameters. Photos, titles, stories, author and location data are excluded. Original recipe node IDs, other works’ links and other members’ saved references remain; administrators initially retain the parameters without automatic publication or transfer of your copyright. Account data is removed immediately; image cleanup follows and is retried if it fails. Removing the app does not delete server accounts or synced recipes; unsynced content may be lost. 9. Copies already downloaded or saved

When you publicly share photos or recipes, other users may download or save that content using features provided by the platform. Withdrawing a work, deleting content or deleting your account does not automatically delete copies that other users previously downloaded, saved or otherwise copied.

byRoss Technology Co. Ltd. cannot directly control or retrieve those copies from third-party devices, storage or services, and does not guarantee that all copies can be deleted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not liable for third parties independently retaining, using or distributing those copies. This provision does not limit obligations the company must fulfil under applicable law.

Downloading or saving content does not transfer copyright or grant permission for unrestricted republication, commercial use or other uses beyond the scope of the relevant authorisation. Users must comply with applicable law and the relevant licence terms.
